Since earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, Kimberly M. Partain has gone on to assist clients with business formation, estate planning, long-term care planning and special needs planning for over 17 years. Kimberly has trained and educated attorneys across the nation in Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Special Needs Planning and Trust Law.
Kimberly was a 5-time champion and Ambassador for the National Alzheimer’s Association and is proud to have lobbied in Washington D.C. to have the Hope for Alzheimer’s Act unanimously voted into law. Kimberly is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and believes it is her mission in life “to help all people age with dignity”.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys baking and reading and is the proud wife of a public defender. Kimberly’s dedication to her family extends to her two lovely daughters, one of whom is the first female tuba player in her high school marching band, a the youngest a beautiful ballerina, and two rescue dogs.
