Attorney Tammy T. Brady

SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Tammy T. Brady, a native of South Carolina and graduate of Clemson University, has practiced family law exclusively since earning her law degree at the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. 

Tammy has experience in various family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, family violence protective order, legitimation, paternity, alimony, separate maintenance, name change, and contempt actions. In addition, she has experience in Estate Planning including will, power of attorney and healthcare directive preparation.

Having exclusively practiced family law, Tammy understands how dire the impact of contentious litigation can be on an individual and family, as such, Tammy focuses on creating strategies for her individual clients that help reduce these negative impacts while fiercely advocating for their rights. 

Tammy is a member of The Faith Center in Tucker, GA where she serves as a partner to congregation and community. Tammy lives in Stonecrest with her son, Quincy, and enjoys spending time at the park and going on adventures with her small family.
